Eligibility:

Membership to the Elder First (EF) Club is open to senior citizens aged 55 years and above. Membership is currently complimentary. EF Club reserves the right to amend eligibility criteria without prior notice.

Service Access:

Members are entitled to access both complimentary and paid services offered by EF Club. A detailed description of all services, including costs and availability, is provided in the EF Club Service Chart, which may be subject to periodic updates. EF Club does not always guarantee the availability of all services.

Service Provision:

EF Club services are delivered by a team of trained professionals committed to providing high-quality care and support. While we strive for excellence, EF Club does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service delivery.

Advance Booking:

For all paid services, members are required to make advance bookings at least 1-2 days before the intended service date. Failure to book in advance may result in unavailability of the desired service.

WhatsApp Interest Groups:

Members are encouraged to join EF Club's WhatsApp Interest Groups to engage in community discussions, share experiences, and participate in various activities. By joining, members agree to abide by the group guidelines to ensure respectful and constructive interaction. EF Club reserves the right to remove members from the groups for violations of these guidelines.

Conduct:

All members are expected to engage in respectful and considerate communication with fellow members and EF Club staff. Topics that may cause disputes, conflicts, or hostility are strictly prohibited. EF Club reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including membership termination, for breaches of this policy.

Feedback and Complaints:

EF Club values member feedback and encourages members to report any service-related issues or concerns to the management. Feedback will be used solely for the purpose of improving service quality. Complaints will be addressed in accordance with EF Club's standard operating procedures.

Respectful Engagement:

All members are required to engage with EF Club staff and fellow members in a respectful, courteous, and supportive manner. The objective of the EF Club is to enrich the post-retirement experience, and all interactions should reflect this commitment to mutual respect.

Liability Disclaimer:

EF Club and its affiliated service providers are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of services. While every effort is made to ensure high-quality care, EF Club does not assume legal responsibility for any lapses, delays, or shortcomings in the provision of services.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

EF Club is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of members’ personal information. All data collected will be used solely for the purpose of service provision and improving the member experience. EF Club will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

EF Club reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or other communication channels. Continued membership following the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Termination of Membership:

EF Club reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed harmful to the club’s environment or other members. Such termination will be at the sole discretion of EF Club management, and no refunds (if applicable) will be provided in the event of termination.

Indemnification:

By using EF Club services, members agree to indemnify and hold EF Club, its employees, agents, and service providers harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the member’s use of the club’s services or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the provision of EF Club services shall be governed by the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction]. Members agree to attempt mediation prior to pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Force Majeure:

EF Club shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in service provision caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
