मै कुसुम सक्सेना अपने बेटा-बहु के साथ बहुत आराम से रह रही थी। किसी तरह की कोई परेशानि नही थी सेवा भी बहुत अच्छें से हो रही थी। सितम्बर 2021 मेरे बेटे-बहु को एक शादी में बिलासपुर जाना था, तब मुझे Elder First Group Preet Aikya के विषय मे पता चला और में यहॉ सिर्फ 10 दिनां के लिए रहने आई थी, सेवा भाव, व्यवस्था, साफ सफाई भोजन व दीपक भडारी जी का व्यवहार व सेवा भाव से मे बहुत ही प्रभावित हुई और जब 10 दिन बाद मेरा बैटा श्याम किशोर सक्सेना मुझे घर वापस लेने आया तो मैने उससे अपने मन की बात कही कि बेटा अब मैं अपने अंतिम समय तक यहीं रहना चाहती हुॅ।
यहॉ पर इतना प्रेम भाव है कि कही जाने की इच्छा नही होती। 02 बार मैं बहुत बिमार हो गई तब यहीं से तुरन्त मुझे अस्पताल ले जाया गया एवं मेरी देखभाल की गई एवं मेरा भोजन सब यहीं से पहुॅचाया जाता था। ऐसी संस्था मैंने नही सुनी जहॉ सिर्फ प्यार, सेवाभाव व भक्ति है। हर हफ्ते यहॉ हमारी सेहत देखने डाक्टर जी आते है, डायटिशियन खाने पिने की देख रेख करती है।

एल्डर फस्ट के दरवाजे हर एक बुजुर्ग के लिए खुले हैं। इस सैंटर में बुजुर्ग की देखभाल समुचित तरीके से होती है। मुझे यहॉ आये लगभग दो साल हो चुके हैं। इन दो सालों में मैने पाया कि मेरा एकाकी जीवन मुखर हो गया है। पदाधिकारियों एवम् कर्मचारियों की सेवा ने मुझे जो संतुष्टि दी है वह काबिले तारीफ है न तो अकेलापन महसूस होता है और न जीवन में कोई कमी नजर आती है।

I, Shipra Chauhan, was introduced to the facility by my niece in-law, who affirmed this was an appropriate and comfortable place for me to stay. The then coordinator, Ankur Saxena supported her with my smooth transition to the facility in every way.
After my arrival, I have never looked back as the treatment offered with the politeness of the staff and their standards of cleanliness and hygiene are just too pleasant and I'm grateful that I am living in such good an ambience now.
The dietary preciseness provided and personal care taken by dietician Pooja Gupta is unmatchable.
It is a second lease of life - I have gone from someone who was lonely and ridden with ailments to someone who has a new community and is free to walk without my walker.

मैं शीला सक्सेना 2 साल से यहां एल्डर फर्स्ट सीनियर सिटिजन होम में रह रही हूं यहां आकर मेरी दुनिया ही बदल गई है यह वह जगह है जहां इंसान को ना आज की फिक्र ना कल की चिंता है सही मायने में मैं तो यही कहना चाहूंगी कि मरने के बाद तो स्वर्ग किसने देखा है? लेकिन मैं मरने के पहले ही यहां स्वर्ग जैसा आनंद प्राप्त कर रही हूं?
Mr दीपक भंडारी जी की जितनी तारीफ की जाए कम है, ईश्वर ने उनको सद्बुद्धि दी इस शुभ काम के लिए, जिसमे वो बुजुर्गों की छोटी से छोटी समस्या को ध्यान में रखकर इस संस्थान को चला रहे है,, हमारे खाने पीने चाय दूध फल समय पर मिलता है इसके अलावा रोज़मर्रा की सारी जरूरतें पूरी होती हैं,और सबसे बड़ी सुविद्या है हमारी स्वास्थ से संबंधित,हमारे खाने का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाता है उसके लिए डाइटीशियन हैं और जहां फर्स्ट ऐड से लेकर अस्पताल तक पहुंचने तक का साधन उपलब्ध है, सारा स्टाफ बहुत ही कर्मठ सहनशील ओर सरल है,सबसे अच्छी बात है यहां सबको 1 पारिवारिक माहौल दिया गया है, सभी कर्मचारी हम को दादाजी दादीजी कह कर बुलाते हैं, तो हम लोगों को भी सबसे पोते पोतियों जैसा ही स्नेह हो गया है
अंत मे यही कहना चाहूंगी कि अगर अपना आखिरी समय निश्चन्त्त होकर गुजरना है ,तो यहाँ आकर रहें|
When my children suggested that I should shift in Bhopal, I said no, I am very happy here. I was living in a senior citizen’s home in Bangalore & was there for ten years. Then I thought they are right I have to think about the convenience of the children. Whenever I was sick & had to the admitted to the hospital. My son Ajay came from Bhopal to stay with me in the hospital. His last visit was very short, just two days because of corona he was not allowed to stay and visit me in the home. He had to go back to Bhopal. It was difficult to get the air ticket but he never complained.
After retirement my husband & I had settle a down in Bangalore. We had lived there for 42 years. I was worried how I will adjust myself at Bhopal home. New home, new people, different climate. All my doubts were cleared when I shift citizens home. I got a big room with kitchen & attached bathroom.
My room is very comfortable & is on terrace, surrounded by beautiful plants & flowers. I take walk on the terrace in the morning & evening & sit there for one hour or more. Nice breeze makes me feel fresh & happy. Food is good, serving people very nice & serves food with love & care. All the staff people are very good & look after us residents with great love & care. Daily come to rooms to ask how are we, Mr. Bhandari, the owner of this home is very nice & looks after the residents for every need. He never makes us feel that he is the boss & mixes with us all like a friend. I am very happy here.
My son Ajay’s house is very near & he & his wife Rachna visit me nearly every day. They all are very good & loving & I pray & thank god for giving me such lovely children.
I, SWARAJ BANDHU BHOWMICK (76) retired gazette officer from Indian Ordnance Factories along with my wife GEETA BHOWMICK (71) staying in the subject organization (a three storied building with lift facility) since 2nd. December, 2020 to till date with the privilege of FIRST OCCUPANT/GUEST.
Room : We are living in a lat. bath attached room fully furnished double bed, TV, AC, fan, Almeria and in house telecom system, table, chairs and induction plate and refrigerator.
Food : Morning tea by 08 am, breakfast (daily different) from 09 to 10.30 am, Veg. lunch between 12.30 – 2.30 pm, evening tea between 5.0 – 6.0 pm, veg. dinner between 7.0 – 8.30 pm. Utmost and all possible care and efforts are being regularly practiced in preparing and serving the food staff. Customized food was also supplied to the required guests as per the advice of a qualified dietician.
Cleanliness : All rooms and toilets, verandas, staircases are being cleaned properly on daily basis .
Laundry service : Washing of daily use cloths of all guests are done on daily basis.
Safety and security : 24 hrs. guard detailed in the entrance gate.
Medical Facilities : A MD physician visiting twice in a month for all the guests, evaluate and prescribe medicine/treatment accordingly. A medical attendant visiting daily in the evening enquiring about the health condition of the guests. BP, Sugar, pulse rate, weight etc. of all guests are being checked in every week or as and when required. In case of emergency, quick shifting arrangements to nearest or specialized hospital are made available.
Conclusion : In true sense and meaning we are happy/satisfied in all respect since we are worry free. We have nothing to do here except our own/personal daily activities.
